We provide full time childcare for children 3 months through 5 years of age. We are a private daycare/preschool licensed by the New York City Department of Health.
A staff that cares...
Our preschool has five classrooms and an age-appropriate curriculum that encourages play and exploration. Our qualified and loving staff ensures that the children receive the highest standard of pre-school education.
We provide...
We are a month-to-month child care program, full time only, with hours convenient for working parents. We are open year round, five days a week, from 7:30am to 6:00pm.We provide a well-balanced breakfast, hot lunch and afternoon snack. Our teacher ratios are in accordance with National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) guidelines. Infants, babies and toddlers are 4 to 1, pre-schoolers are 7 to 1.
Monthly fees...
$1,650 for infants up to 2 years of age
$1,500 for children over 2 years of age
A security deposit of one month’s fee (to be applied to the final month).
A one-time registration fee of $100 .

Our program...
is based on the Bank Street model. It emphasizes personal growth. Academic skills and emotional social development are viewed as complementary processes; both are emphasized equally. The classroom is designed to provide a stable, organized environment. Within it, children participate actively, supported by teachers who help to expand their world and sensitize them to the meaning of their experiences within it. Academic skills are acquired within the broad context of direct experiences planned to provide appropriate ways of organizing and extending the children's expressed interests. Math, reading, and language are taught as tools to carry out an investigation of these interests. Under the guidance of the director Dr. Suzie Shapiro Ed.D.the teachers work to use this model to create a high quality education for your child.
Our children excel... scoring in the high 90th percentile on the ERB's (the private school entrance exam) and have their pick of the best private and public schools. Our alumni have gone on to such schools as:
